NFL Sunday

Well Yesterday was the last two NFL games this Sunday before the super bowl.  We watched the first game and then part of the second game.  In the morning,  I saw San Francisco came back and won the game this morning.   Both games were very good.

Today is Monday January 29th

I worked on my plans this morning to expand out and put tasks and the pedal to the metal.   I have moved a bunch of stuff out of the garage area.  Still not enough removed to actual start moving cars in or having area to work on my motorcycles and get the space to work on them.  By the end of today, I will have freed up more space in the workshop and garage to actually move around and clean the floors.

These have been moved out of the way

Getting a timer today

The bullet journal and 12 week year plan say having a timer is critical.  In the past I used my phone.  However, the phone leads to doom scrolling and checking e-mail.  Then, I will check IG.  Thus, another wasted day.!  My ADHD will have gotten my time then.  Therefore today, I need to get one.  I used a timer like this one before I took the MCAT in 1974.   Got great results on taking the test. I scored in the 90-99 percentile on the MCAT test except in language.  Therefore, I know this will work to keep me on task.  I will also this week be downloading turbo tax so I can file the 2023 taxes.  Opps! – I don’t have this in my project plan list.  Bingo – just added this to the project file list.

Timer – NFL Sunday decision

This is what I am dealing with

Pictures of the messy areas.   I need to work on these areas of the garage today.  Along with cleaning the floors in the workshop areas.  Every moved and sorted out item puts me closer to my goals.

The BMW R100/7

On the area ahead of the Yamaha – you see this mess!

Where to begin here? So on NFL Sunday, I reflected on getting this sorted out.

My past emotional Trauma realized on NFL Sunday

On NFL Sunday, I reflected on my past emotional trauma and felt better about moving forward.  I decided my ex-wife caused me a great deal of hurt.  I have not written about it. Also I had many co-workers sabotage me and various jobsites.  A lot of baggage there to unload in my past.  When I did something good, she attempted often successfully to destroy it or make my life miserable.  So I look for praise often from others around me.  This appears manifest as clutter, half done tasks and projects.  I avoid finishing projects now as I may still be expecting them to be messed up.   Realizing this, I am moving forward now.  Today, however, I sunk back into the funk.  This blog helps me move forward.
