He lost the case last month in his business civil fraud judgment. The deadline to post a bond for an appeal gets closer! Well his lawyers went a “courting” and filed on Monday March 18, 2024 a 4,919-page filing. That is a whole lot of words to say “I am broke and can’t pay”. Surety experts said that Mr Piggy would need to set aside at least $500 million in cash to secure the bond he needs. Most want one billion up front! The actual amount he’d need to set aside is far higher, the filing says.
Trump has approached “about 30 surety companies through 4 separate brokers,” it says. Oh Well! Nobody wants to play cause they know he will lose. Cause, Mr Piggy is proven a loser!

Moreover, “A bond requirement of this enormous magnitude effectively requires cash reserves approaching $1 billion to cover the interest during the appeal process. No one wants to do it cause they know they will get stiffed by Mr Piggy and the piglets. That happens to be their known modus operandi.

We could make a song called “I am so Broke”. But instead we have a huge legal filing that has to be read by the court. I wonder how much this cost to write and print. Therefore, lets just estimate the possible cost. Lets say each page takes 10 minutes to write or process. That would be 6 pages per hour @ $200 per hour (low ball fee). That works out to 820 hours or about $164,000 to say I am broke in legal talk! People wonder why I gave Mr Piggy a low score – he blunders just about everything he does. What the purpose of 4,919 pages is to slow the process down.
