Hero or Zero
Of late on YouTube, they have put Marvel and Star Wars films to the song “Holding out for a Hero”. I guess many people like the strong hero image. Part of the authoritarian play book is to present the strongman as a hero. However, most authoritarian men are Zero’s. They like to present themselves as super men. However, in the books about them like the ones by Ruth Ben-Ghiat. They are not hero’s like in entertainment shows and comic books. This blog post concerns Hero or zero toads.
As we count down to the election
Old duck face VonShizenpants, attempts to look like a hero with his meme images of a strong man appearing. With the facts coming out about him. He looks like a real zero. New books researching his past demonstrate all the things he faked in his rise. He faked his actual wealth. He faked he was a builder, he faked he could run big businesses. When the producers of “the Apprentice” went to his office the furniture was old and run down and the place smelled bad from not being cleaned. Thus we are now hearing more about his true self.
Here are the facts, per social class theory. He is a lower middle class person who presents himself as a upper class person. He thinks his gold plated apartment and golf courses show he is upper class. The fact is they are pretty tacky places and poorly decorated. They show what a lower class person thinks makes them look upper class. I suggest Paul Fussell book “
of his “projects” were financed by banks that did not do very good research on him. He lost a great deal of money on most of his projects. Yes, his father did well way before him. But, the spendthrift blew it and had bankruptcies with his businesses after he took over the business.
Ruth called what it is
He is just a con man presenting himself as a winner. Con men are fakes. Most so called Strongmen, create an image. They are very insecure people actually, look over their shoulder. They get rid of those who threaten them.
Now others are doing their research.

Not exactly a good description of a leader we need going into this rest of this century! Note Per Ruth quote “they get rid of those who threaten them”!
Well this book just came out
Well as far as the election goes this is the September surprise. Additionally, I expect the movie “The Apprentice” coming in October will ice the poop on Mr Poopy pants as his the October surprise.
