Redoing my 2024 project plans

As I continue reading the 12 week plan and bullet journal books.  These are the ideas that popped into my mind as ways to plan better.  Consequently, I refined my project plans guidelines.  I printed this out to put in my Bullet Journal as I map out and refine my projects.  These guidelines will be key!

Guidelines

  1. Define passion level for each project/task
  2. For each project – make a task list map – I may get Viso to map work task flow charts
  3. Put a block of time and date for the tasks
  4. Schedule a Daily list for each day (use Bullet Journal list as a guide)
  5. Break day into big blocks and small blocks per 12 week plan.
  6. Need a bullet Journal symbol for big and small blocks and time of day for the blocks of time.

Tie the bullet journal with 12 week year plan.  Work on a List of partially done tasks and tie them to big projects.

Look at daily tasks and tie them to the big projects.

What would make me happy to see done project or task list.

So here is me refining my project plans guidelines

So I can now add more projects to my count down spreadsheet to track my tasks daily.

Count down spread sheet for project guidelines

Summary

In summary, I now can setup measurement, passion, skill development tasks, organize and map my projects.  Most important I can give myself time sensitivity and a emotional passion level for my projects and tasks.  Knowing that some tasks have a low passion level, but critical effect on the over all project.  Will act as an emotional motivation key to get past the low passion tasks as I will be able to see the whole picture as a map.
